Order & Payment Instructions

STEP # 01

FILL UP THE ORDER FORM

Complete the order form and click submit. After submitting, please send a viber or text message to cellular phone number 0956-400-1626 to alert us about your order.

STEP #02

WAIT FOR OUR CONFIRMATION CALL

We will call you to confirm your order, give last minute instructions and ask for clarifications. Once everything is cleared up, we will request you to pay the total bill amount.

STEP #03

PAY THE BILL

Pay the bill through the authorized Hawthorne passbook-only Savings Account Number (3731027071). Payments can be made Over the Counter, via online banking or fund transfer, but it has to be deposited to this bank account only. Cash and/or Cheque payments paid in person will not be accepted. Payments through other payment channels will also not be accepted. Likewise, also note that ALL Hawthorne payments including all its brands do not accept payment in any of our websites.

Upload & submit the screenshot or scanned copy of the proof of payment through the Payment Page in this website which can be found in the website menu.
